Péter Sándor, is an environmental engineer (MSc.) and licenced environmental expert with wide range of experience in environmental design and implementation of major local and international projects such as power plants, linear infrastructure projects, regional development projects, etc.
As a Head of Environmental Department at London-based Mott MacDonald Group, a world leading engineering consultancy, he managed several international environmental projects. He developed and headed one of the most skilled environmental team in Hungary and led the sustainable development working group at European Division of the MM Group.
As Environmental Director, he was involved in design of several key European energy infrastructure projects such as South Stream and Eastring gas pipelines.
From 2000, as a member of advisory board at Pro Balaton World Heritage Foundation, he initiate and manage various activities aiming to achieve World Heritage status for Balaton Uplands Cultural Landscape area.
