The Library was established in 2006 by the Institute for Social and European Studies Foundation to provide a background for its education and research activities. Since 2015, iASK has also been putting emphasis on supporting research and education in the Institute and the Kőszeg Campus of the University of Pannonia with the most up-to-date literature. In the last 3 years, our holdings have grown by 3,000 volumes, which means the library can now meet the needs of users interested in either the natural or the social sciences. Taking the special collections into account, readers can currently access nearly 13,000 volumes, nearly 90% of which are in English.
