She was born in Kőszeg, and after attending high school there, she graduated from Szeged with a degree in food industry engineering. At the College of Finance and Accounting, later the Budapest University of Economics, she first earned a degree in economics from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, and later became a certified public accountant.
She has been working in the field of finance in public administration for more than twenty-five years, and has served in a leadership role for nearly as long. She holds a professional certification in public administration.
In Kőszeg, she served as a budget administrator at the mayor’s office and then as head of the finance department from 2003 to 2015.
She began working at the Institute of Advanced Studies in November 2015, upon its founding, as head of the Finance and Management Department. Her responsibilities include the professional oversight of financial, management, and accounting processes. Currently she is the appointed Acting Deputy Director General of the institute.
Her responsibilities include coordinating operational tasks, particularly those related to the buildings renovated under the KRAFT “Creative City—Sustainable Countryside” program, as well as procurement processes, financial and budgetary planning and reporting, and, more generally, providing the financial backbone for the Institute’s diverse activities.
Over the years, she has also gained professional experience in the financial management and accounting of numerous domestic and international projects.
