Piret Peiker is a KRAFT grantholder at iASK. She earned her PhD at the School of History, Culture and Art Studies, University of Turku, Finland. This was followed by postdoctoral research in the European Research Council project “Between the Times – Embattled Temporalities and Political Imagination in Inter-war Europe“, Institute of Humanities, University of Tallinn. She has been publishing on topics related to modernity, modernism, nationhood and postcolonialism, combining methods of comparative literature, history, political theory and sociology.
