Nataliya Zubar from Kharkiv is the Chair of the Maidan Monitoring Information Center. She studied Physics Engineering at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” and is from Kyiv. She has initiated and launched various Ukrainian civic initiatives, especially the Maidan Monitoring Information Center.
