I graduated in 2009 at University of Pannonia Nagykanizsa Campus on Tourism and Hospitality (Bachelor) course, then I get my master degree in Management (MA) in Veszprém in 2012. Between 2012 and 2015 I was phd student at the Doctoral School of Management and Business Studies at University of Pannonia, had defended my doctoral dissertation in January 2016. Since 2008 I have been working at the Nagykanizsa Campus University of Pannonia. Initially, as a student, research assistant and since then I have been a full-time employee since 2016, I have served as senior professor since 2017 and I have been a campus director since 2018.
During my studies, I won the Hungarian Republican Scholarship twice, in the academic year 2008/2009 and 2009/2010. In 2010, I won 2nd place at the competition invited by the Hungarian Tourism Ltd. about the “Thesis of Tourism of the Year”. In 2011 and 2013, I became 2nd at the National Scientific Student Conference. In 2015 and 2016, I got a scholarship at iASK Institute for Higher Education New Central European II, III. Scholarship Program; for the 2017-2018 academic year, I was awarded a 10-month Research Fellowship of the 10-month New National Excellence Program.
My research area is about project management, with particular regard to the tender projects. During my research, the success of projects implemented in European territorial cooperation programs is examined and the most important factors of success are identified. My further goal is to develop a project management maturity model for these tender projects and analyse the maturity factors for implementing organizations. In addition, I have stepped on a new research field, I examine the different aspects of marketing, with particular regard to the marketing activities of nonbusiness institutions.
As a member of the Campus team, I participated in more than 10 cross-border international projects, my main task was to manage and coordinate them. From 2010 to 2011 I worked as project manager for Nagykanizsa County City Project Manager between 2012 and 2013 as Project Assistant at Nagyrécse Municipality.
