Sándor Kerekes

Sándor Kerekes (Hungary 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019) is a founder of the Department of Environmental Economics and Technology at Corvinus University of Budapest. He introduced Environmental Education at the university in the early 1990’s and his interest turned to the promotion of preventive environmental practices in the region. He led nation-wide research, evaluating the EU accession of Hungary from an environmental point of view. He was the vice rector of Corvinus University of Budapest.  He is the head of the Doctoral School for Management and Business Administration of Kaposvár University.
