About Us

Mónika Bodor

Mónika Bodor is an economist and tax advisor, since February 2016 she has been the Head of Planning of Project in the Directorate-General for Social Affairs and Child Protection for the EU-funded projects. One of her major fields is the planning of projects aimed at the reduction of deep poverty and social exclusion. Previously, she served as a chief financial manager in a number of domestic and EU-funded projects in the field of higher education research at Kaposvár University.

She researched the English higher education model of human resource management and practices and acquired her PhD degree in 2015 at Kaposvár University. She obtained practical experience while serving as the head of HR Department at Kaposvár University and implemented new baselines for planning of personnel costs in the annual budget of the institution. As a doctoral student she regularly published in Hungarian and foreign languages and participated in education as well.
