Ana Batricevic is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Criminological and Sociological Research in Belgrade, Serbia. She holds a PhD degree in criminal law. She is the Editorial Board Member of the Journal of the Institute of Criminological and Sociological Research in Belgrade Serbia. Her current research interests include areas such as human rights protection and harmonization with EU standards with a focus on right to a healthy environment and protection of vulnerable groups.
