For decades, Anikó Magasházi, an economist and full-time researcher at the Institute of Advanced Studies Kőszeg (iASK), has followed the development of Singapore from a Central European point of view. Several books on the subject have been published by iASK in recent years. On this occasion, László Trautmann had a long interview with her, which was published in the March issue of the professional journal Public Economy (Köz-gazdaság).

“In Public Economy, we focus on the analysis of development policy and development policy. In this context, we interviewed Dr. Aniko Magasházi, Senior Researcher at the Institute of Advanced Studies Kőszeg (iASK). The occasion was the publication of Anikó Magasházi’s 2018 book, Singapore Globally Connected – Hungarian Perspective, published by iASK. An improved version of the book was published in 2021 in English “Singapore Globally Entangled – Lessons for Central Europe? Epilogue on Covid 19 Impacts”.
