Hungarian historian, senior researcher of the Institute of Advanced Studies Kőszeg (iASK) and retired senior researcher at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, recurring visiting professor at Columbia University in the City of New York (1998-2013), chairman of the Academic Council of the European Network of Remebrance and Solidarity.
